4.lentils and kedney beans : they are very high in protein and fibre and some resistant attach is also found. The fat in them is also very low. It is very helpful to lose weight. 


Raw papaya : Raw papaya is very helpful to decrease belly fat. After dinner you should eat 3 or 4 small pieces of raw papaya. It helps to decrease belly  fat. 
LEMONS: lemon has the acidic quality, it helps to decrease fat from our body. some people drink lemon juice after eating dinner or lunch to decrease belly  fats.
